Assessment of NASDAQ Delisting Risk Based on Price and Market Capitalization Criteria

This web-based application provides a straightforward assessment of delisting risk for NASDAQ-listed equities based on two primary criteria: minimum bid price and market capitalization thresholds.

According to NASDAQ regulations, a listed security is subject to delisting procedures under the following conditions:

1. The closing bid price remains below $1.00 for 30 consecutive trading days.

2. The market capitalization remains below $35 million for 30 consecutive trading days.

The application retrieves the past 30 trading days of data for a specified ticker symbol via the Yahoo Finance API, calculates the corresponding market capitalization, and visualizes both price and capitalization trends over time.

A risk assessment is provided based on the number of days below each threshold, with clear indication of whether the security is currently in compliance or approaching a potential delisting trigger.
